At APSN, our volunteers are our valued resources because they bring their passion and enthusiasm to the learning experience of our students and clients. No effort is ever deemed too small or insignificant, and your meaningful contributions enable them to lead independent and fulfilling lives, and be an integral member of society.

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES
1. Event Support
Assist with both weekday and weekend engagements and activities, including gathering feedback and managing survey forms.
- Days: Friday and Saturday
- Time: To be discussed (minimum 4 hours)
- Location: Varies by event
- Skills Required:
-
- Proficient in English
- Ability to manage event attendance records
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with alumni
- Responsible for distributing event materials
2. Befriending Programme
Participate in our befriending programme to engage and support individuals with special needs.
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Time: 4:30pm to 5:30pm
- Location: Via phone or Zoom/Teams
- Skills Required:

- Proficient in both spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in setting up and operating Zoom/Teams application
- Comfortable engaging individuals with mild intellectual disabilities (age 18 and above)
- Able to commit at least one day per week for a minimum of two months
3. Hamper Wrapping
Help us prepare hampers for distribution by assisting with gift wrapping.
- Dates: 26 to 29 November 2024
- Time: 2pm to 5pm
- Location: 11 Jalan Ubi, S(409074) (Nearest MRT station: Eunos)
