Dr. Anthony Fok currently serves as Chairman of the Board of APSN Education Services Ltd. He began volunteering with APSN in 2014 and is also a member of both the School Management Committee and the Nominating Committee. Dr. Fok brings with him more than 18 years of experience, with a professional background that includes roles at the Ministry of Education, Ernst & Young Global Limited, and as a venture capitalist in various education-related businesses.

Mr Yeo How Ngee began volunteering with APSN in 2021 and is currently Vice-Chairman of APSN Education Services Pte Ltd and of the Nominating Committee.

He has been in the banking sector for over 38 years and has extensive experience in the institutional banking line of business covering product management and credit and risk management. He was also the COO of the business unit in Singapore. Currently, he is also volunteering in other social service agencies.

Mr Hwang Hong Wei began volunteering with APSN in 2022 as a member of the Programmes and Services Committee. He is currently the Treasurer of the Board of APSN Education Services Ltd as well as the Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Mr Hwang is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser of the Institute of Valuer and Appraisers, Singapore. He holds degrees in Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Science in CFO Leadership. His work experience includes audit and tax in an international accounting firm and finance leadership experience in manufacturing, finance, media and pharmaceuticals sector.

Ms Angeline Khoo currently serves as a Secretary of APSN Education Services Ltd. Ms Khoo has more than 25 years of legal experience, and is presently a legal professional in a multinational corporation.

Ms Molly Ang began volunteering with APSN in 2013. She is currently a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd and a member of the School Management Committee and Human Capital Committee.

Ms Ang has a diverse background, having worked in industries such as consultancy, retail, engineering, heavy equipment, high-tech software, and manufacturing. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management. With over 25 years of extensive human resources experience as both a consultant and practitioner, she has made significant contributions in the region and globally.

Ms Lee Boon Kheng began volunteering with APSN in 2019. She currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd, and as the Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Ms Lee has over 20 years of audit and risk advisory experience gained from professional accounting firm and financial institutions. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr Michael Quah began volunteering with APSN in 2021 as a member of the Infocomm Committee. He currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd as well as the Vice Chairman of the Digital and Technology Committee.

Mr Quah has more than 30 years of experience in the tech and telecommunications industry. He is currently the Vice President for F5 Networks’ Asia Pacific Service Delivery organisation.

Ms Charmaine Sim began volunteering with APSN in 2019. She currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd and as the Vice Chairman of the Human Capital Committee.

Ms Sim serves as the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Human Resource Institute and is also a member of the Human Resource committee of Children Cancer Foundation and the Metropolitan YMCA Singapore. Certified with a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Systems, she has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, sales and marketing.

Mr Tan Kok Peow first volunteered with APSN in 2018 and is currently serving as a Director on the Board of APSN Education Services Ltd as well as the Vice Chairman for the Fundraising, Partnerships and Communications Committee.

Mr Tan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in various roles in the financial industry. He also volunteers his time in various grassroot organisations and enjoys outdoor activities.
